Used to live at B-26 and moved about 10 years ago. Drive about 15 miles now. Kind of miss the conveinence but love my land and privacy.

15 minutes to hardy bridge ramp 10 to campers and 15 to scruggs give or take getting stuck behind sunday drivers haha

Lake house now sold so my fishing commute went from a short golf cart ride down the slope and 66 steps to the dock to 189 miles each way now

It usually takes me about 3.75hrs but a few years ago when we had a snow storm for Meet&Greet weekend it took me almost 8hrs to get to the lake.

From Verona, Va it takes me 1 hour and 50 minutes to get to the Hardy ramp pulling my boat at 3am. 2 plus plus hours to Campers.

I live 35 to 40 minutes from Hales Ford Bridge, about 15 minutes from Hardy.

2 Hours if I use public ramp new Hales Ford, 1 hour 45 to State park and little more to Parkway.

From Montpelier VA -- it is 2 hours 35 mins driving to meet YAMMMMY -- and pulling the boat it is right around 2 hours 50 mins all to the Campers ---

Good to see that quite a few other folks from the Northern Shenandoah Valley making it down to SML. I grew up fishing the lake living in Roanoke and now I live north of Harrisonburg, VA. It takes about 2:20 or 2:30 to get from my office here in Harrisonburg down to our place off of 616.

If I come from my home in NC, its 1:45. If coming from work near Durham, NC, its about 2:30-2:45 depending on traffic

two hours to Cloverdale,,pick up bost at my daughters house,,1 hour to various launch points,including gas ups ,etc,
