From Gretna its around 15 min to anthony ford ramp or penhook, and around 25 to Magnum ramp on blackwater side. Im centrally located. Also with 15 min of 3 ramps on leesville and a hr from buggs.

im going to say about 4.5 to 5 hours from Purcellville, VA which is where i usually leave from with my aunt and uncle to get to their lake house on Craddock Creek...

30ish minutes to Penhook, Halesford public, and Hardy. 45 minutes to the State Park. 40 minutes to Anthony Ford. Worst part of the drive is spending 15 whole minutes working through Rocky Mount's never ending stoplights!!!!
Most times I go to Philpott just to avoid the stop and go.
