It was a great time with a great turn out - sorry about the slow service - guess they didn't believe us when we said we'd have 30+ thirsty and hungry folks there. Pretty sure we out-numbered the folks downstairs all night (only saw one guy working the tables down there too). Good to see some old friends - and good to meet some new ones. Sorry if I don't remember everyone's name as I exceeded my 1-beer limit. Hope to see you all at the next one - and those that couldn't make it, we missed you and hope you can make it next time. Great job on the pictures Mike, nice to meet some of the people on here and put faces with names. The band really did do a great job. Thanks to Mike and Bentrod for the planning.

good, since no one has really posted their thoughts I get to explain without already being convicted  to those of you I did not offend well trust me I tried to not leave anybody out  I think the whole thing went great, music was a nice touch, and I met a bunch of new people, atleast to me they were, topgun, you took my ribbing in stride, not sure if your pop did, i liked poking him about that fountain boat, and your mother she just smiled thru the whole thing, enjoyed meeting all of you, look forward to it next year. well that's it, since about this time into the night i found a mason jar, or someone shoved it into my hand, and i woke up sunday morning, my head quickly reminded me why i am too old for this mess. |

We had a great time listening to The BRB Band last night and talking with everyone. Couldnt have asked for better music. Those guys are awesome and always put on a good show. Lots of awesome people make up this board who I really do consider good friends. It was good to see Bigjon made it through the night without being put on restriction. I think we pretty much overwhelmed the Mexicans with that many rednecks crammed into one place. I know I started on Bud Light, went to Michelob, and finished on Budweiser, cuz they kept running out. They definitely wont ready for us. Might be time to look into switching to an outdoor venue in the spring or fall months to accommodate so many folks.
I didnt really get any good pictures but sure am hoping somebody got SS when he pulled up his shirt revealing his "Tramp Stamp" tattoo he got while being away during last years M&G.

Yes, it was a good time. I am so glad that I came to my first meet n greet. Hopefully, next time the significant other can come along. Some of ya may get to meet her on the lake if I run into anyone I recognize.
Yes, I exceeded my couple of jack n cokes by a long shot....but I had fun doing it!
It's weird because I woke up at around 4am without the alarm clock and I couldn't go back to sleep. So what did I do? I got in the boat and piddled around with a buck tail back around camper's paradise and around the bridge. No luck. Around lunch time I came back to Lynchburg (home) and took a good nap. I'm not feeling to good now...
Superstriper, don't worry about my old man....We enjoyed meeting you and hearing the trash!
For those whose memory is as bad as mine after a few drinks....

I left early but am curious if Bigjohn got his water?  I paid the waiter to bring him a water and tell him he has had to much to drink  |

They ran out of water after my third round but that is one more round than I got of any one kind of beer. They must know Mward there and figured two beers of each brand would be more than enough. I never did get the food I ordered so thanks to everyone who let me steal from your chip basket.
