If the rest of ya'll (that actually showed up) weren't so well behaved no one would have even noticed me. SS and 391 generally take all the attention but they wimped out. Don't invite BigJon to hear a band like Bo's and expect me to sit there quietly and give girl claps after each song.  |

I was going to respond to BentRod in the "official" thread, but he locked it, so I guess it goes here. I know for a fact, that Bigjon is in a backroom somewhere, placing odds and taking bets as to whether I make it or not....Let me get a hold of him and see how were doing. Hey, you gotta go which ever way the money rolls.  bigjon?  you are scaring me with the "girl clap".....do you need to go to the Dr. for that? ??  |

I don't girl clap, that's why I get to drink water. VTSuperfluke was the girl clapper but in his defense he had a thumb on him and had to be civilized.  |

I am calling Ron on Monday morning about the rooms. If you know you want a room please let me know and if you want it for Friday and Saturday nights or just Saturday. The rates are usually about $100.00 a night and we pay in cash (no debit/credit cards).
Things I have learned:
1. The heat will not be on in the room when you get there but it only takes a little bit to heat up.
2. We pretty much have the place to ourselves. (They are actually closed for the season, sometimes we find one or two more fishermen there but they have always been a pleasure to meet and fall right in).
3. If you open a drawer in the room and it is full of chicken wing bones we know nothing about that.
4. If SS comes expect to see the owner at least two times before the night is over complaining about loud harsh language.
5. One room has a toilet that rocks a little, if you like that maybe you can request that room.
6. If you drink canned beer do not let anyone get your beer for you.
7. If you retire to your room lock the door and make sure no one has a key.
8. Bigun will say he is coming but at the last minute back out, don't get your hopes up on meeting (or beating) him.
9. Always a good time, what I can remember anyway!

Hey know, I'm pretty easy going, just a little rough around the edges. You won't find a more loyal friend than me.....you just gotta know, if you act up someone is going to call you out on it. Going to really, really try to make it this year. (someone dared me to sneek up on SS and stick my tounge in his ear)  (I also heard that's the only reason he's coming) .... If I do, I'm not coming looking for trouble....but I can't contoll other peoples action.....if a good old fashion throw down occurs i'm thinking i've made a few friends on here that would have my back. |
