We're looking at Saturday January 18th for the Meet n Greet this year if ya want to mark it on your calendars. Still working on a location, etc. but hopefully we'll have something soon.

Ha the place I would like has terrible water, but if you keep handing them dollar bills, they'll keep handing you beers!

And by good water, he means containers without holes in them.

No worries there Hotdog, the sneaky culprit that did that isn't allowed out of NC for another 2 years. You best come this year, if you miss two in a row a flogging is in order.

So the plan is to have it at the Indian Pointe Mexican restaurant so that it's close to the hotel, but I can't get a straight answer on whether or not they'll be open in January. They would like to be but it depends on how much business they do here through the holidays. If ya get a chance swing by and give em some business. The food is pretty good I think. The water could taste better, but I only get bottled beverages there now!
We're also planning on trying to get BRB back again this year to play some awesome music. If all goes as planned and with the hotel nearby, I'm sure BRB will play as long as the place is open and maybe even carry it back over to the hotel!
In case ya missed it last year...

Mexican place closed for season (maybe ever) due to parking issues with Magnum, which is understandable. Magnum ruined that whole marina and the possibility of any restaurant to ever be successful there.
Any ideas on locations on the water near Hales Ford? We're leaning towards an off water location now.

How about Sunken City Brewery? Just a thought. Or, Jakes or Moosies?

Sunken City is an idea I'd not thought about yet - I've not been over there myself as of yet - do they have indoor seating and room that BRB could setup to play if things align? I've seen bands outside and tent in the summer, but 3rd weekend of Jan could be a little nippy.......

Mward I have not been there either. I can stop by on my way home today and check it out. Their web site indicates that they have indoor seating and I would not say one way or the other about setting up for music until I spoke with them. sunkencitybeer.com/
