Put in at the Brookneal Ramp yesterday and fished from about 9:45 to 2:45. Expectations weren't real high being that it was sunny, fishing in the middle of the day, windy, full moon, strong high pressure, never fished their before, etc... but, we caught 8 - half on a fly rod (streamer) and half on a paddle tail fluke. All fish were in the 20-22" range. Didn't see the shock boat but did get checked by the game department. Hope to get back next week when the weather is more fishy...
