A Crazy Crawler is made by heddon. The older ones are wooden. Round plug has to metal wings on the side hinged towards the back of the plug, open up when you pull the plug in, has a wild side to side action and makes a very different noise. Fished last night , Got four striper and two large mouth. Two biggest striper were 27 and 28 inches. I don't really striper fish but they seemed to be on every spot I tried last night. Don't know where they are doing today but we got on a big school that busted for 2 hrs. They were on R-22 Between the blinking light and the first dock on the state park side of the point. Way more misses than hookups. They came up aroung 1;30 ta 2;00 and were there til 4;00-4;30. I guess it's alewives they were after, little silver looking fish 3 1/2 ta 4 inches long, we caught 6 of them on the thundersticks.
