Got on the water by 6 am. Fished Magnum and Craddocks with big gizzards on boards and free lines. Had a few lookers but no takers. Got caught in that big ass storm. Oh well. Tight lines everybody.

We had a slow day too from hales to Indian, decent amount of strikes just not very aggressive. Managed to get one. Used 6-8" gizzards. Had one follow the bait back to the boat as we were getting ready to leave & smacked at it 4 times right beside the boat but couldn't seem to get it, fish seemed stupid today. We got out just before the storm do to an appointment otherwise would have got caught. ;D

Same thing for me reel deal. Was cranking baits in two times and had em hit it at the boat. I know I was trolling fast enough. At times the wind was pushing me so much those boards were skiing. Think I'm going to try again tomorrow afternoon.
