The water had good color the temp was around 60. I fished the rocks above brookneal boat ramp. Got there around 3:30pm and fished till dark. I ended up with 18 and a friend with 12 all between 18"-25" . I only caught 1 on a bucktail rest was on flukes. Fishing was slow until the sun started dropping then it picked up. I'm pretty sure its a new school of fish around brookneal that has some pretty nice fish in it.
