Do most of the planer boards have a weighted bottom?

I've seen some that have small weights on the bottom but the Outcast and believe the Redneck don't. The Outcast will sit nicely straight up when stopped without the use/need of any weights to hold them upright.

The only boards I have seen that have waits on the bottom are the ones maid completly out of a non metal matearial. Such as those yellow ones withthe flags and water bugz.

The weight is just to help keep the plastic board upright. The ones with foam on the very top (redneck, outcast..) don't need it because the weight of the metal is below it.
