I know I haven't been posting to much lately, but doggone it what happened?
Where's all the old crew? Bigjohn? Travis? Cats&stripers? Superpup? Bentrod? mwardncsu? Some of these folks haven't posted in years! I know life gets in the way sometimes, but dammit, doesn't anybody post anymore? Come on guys, at least throw some barbs around. I would hate to see this site completely die.

I believe there are still some folks chatting internally but I think Facebook has taken the majority. I don’t do Facebook, but a buddy of mine does and he sends me stuff all the time.

Refinishing a basement after a busted water pipe Christmas Eve is taking up all my time but it would be nice to see some reports again!

Would be great to see this and the Claytor Lake Striper Club site come back to life. The Claytor site/Club has been going since September 2004. Will be 20 years this September. We have lost a lot of great fisherman over the years!! Hopefully they are in the heavens catching the big ones right now!!

Not much going on. Bentrod and Mward caught all the fish in SML.

Geez, I was only joking. Guess it really is dead Lol, I don’t know those guys personally so I didn’t comment. But yes, it appears there’s only a couple of folks left that will chat. I don’t fish there but once a year if that. I’d like to change that for sure because I love the lake and would like to learn the seasonal striper patterns.

Participation on this site has dwindled with the increase of SML Facebook pages. I'm as guilty as everyone else, I don't regularly check this site anymore, but look at several of the FB pages for SML almost daily.
