Looking to do a trip “somewhere” next weekend. Was wondering if the rain last night is going to push any dirty water in the lake, creeks, on the Roanoke side, like Halesford to Bettys/Beckys area. Any info would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

I wouldn’t expect much change at all. Besides, if you were fishing the creeks you were behind the eight ball already.

Assuming you’re saying the creeks aren’t holding any fish. Odd to me, as I know Buggs better than SML, and this is when they hit the creeks the best.

Not saying you couldn’t find some in creeks, but the main channel has been better.
