I’m trying to plan a trip real soon for a long weekend, any info would be great. I’m set up to pull boards, down rods, or just straight up artificial casting or vertical jigging. Thanks in advance for any info.

Jigging / casting is a great option this time of year if you don’t want to mess with cast nets in the cold water - especially if temps are near freezing. Fish school up some and a 3/8-3/4 triangle jig with a fluke jigged vertically or a Swamp Monkey jig with flukes or swim bait cast & retrieved will get it done
