9-23 report

Took a day of vacation and went up there this morning
Wt74
Water cooling off good and clear
Threw the new 12 foot net once and had to get help pulling it into the boat
Went down the lake stopped at my first spot only boat there
Marked decent no big schools but good enough to pull on had caught two and broke a fish off that went into a tree with a board broke off above the swivel was trying to swing back to it and had a guide pull right up on the board! What ever happened to given a guy some room ? Seen a big school blowing top so went back towards them caught a couple more and called it a day by 11. Weather man said 6 mph winds for the day boy did he get that wrong!

Glad to see some action here was going up this weekend but i think Ian will put a stop to that. will give it a try the next weekend. Are they still at bottom of the lake or spread out some.

I would say spread out but I am taking off Friday and checking another area so stay tuned I reckon, hope I can find some before this weather hits! I never really marked good schools like last year around this time just some small groups.
