Well first trip of the year and windy and cloudy

Got on the lake at 10am bait was a pain threw in two creeks and struggled to catch any even with the tape net, we finally had about a dozen baits yam would have loved ten to fifteen inches only had one that was about four inches which is what I figured they would be keyed in on. Searched up the lake finally found a few fish. We pulled baits on them with the big baits planner boards and down lines, plus a free line float out the back. We finally put the small bait out it got smoked instantly and lost it never got a bite on the big ones. We tried jigging spoons and flukes and called it at 430 tough day, seen plenty of boats but no catching!
