19th fished from bridge up windy and cold water 58. Caught 5 in a small cove above bridge got over a small group and got them pretty quickly 21 to 25 inches. Could not locate any the rest of the day. The bait we had was small elwives. 20th went to top o blackwater above the 4H club fish there but was like a desert just nothing no bait no fish went back down to s curves picked up 2 18 inchers as stragglers no real sonar contact although there was bait there moved to 3/4 back of Gills creek and just pulled out tons of bait in gills but sporadic sonar on stripers caught 3 more 20 inchers 5 for the day. We had 4 down lines 4 planner boards and 2 bobbers running. We all agreed we may not catch much but we look like we know what we are doing. Had a good day and a bottle of Crown with dinner made for a good time. Really cold reels froze up some but not to bad. Cant tell you where they were but can say where they werent those 2 days.
