The board sure is quiet. Myself and 2 friends going striper fishing 19th and the 20th. Going to try up near the boys club on blackwater one day and up above Beckys creek on roanoke the next. Will report back on what happens. Everyone be safe and enjoy your time on the water.

I’ll be up the first week of December for 4 days on the Roanoke side. Staying at an Airbnb in Hales Creek, so we will probably stay in that area. Bait seems to be the biggest concern from what I’m reading. Hopefully you can pass along some info good or bad to help out. Hope some others chime in here as well.

I'm "mostly" a Roanoke guy. There will be some fish mid Roanoke. I'd start at Beckys and work my way up...way up.... bait also.....

I’d probably be lookin above the bridge in the Roanoke side if I were out in the next few weeks.
If this warm streak this week does not hold on and we return to cooler temps next week, the creeks should be starting to get good

Thanks guys, had best luck in Bettys last year with a really unique style of big fish feeding. Still new and green to the lake, so def looking forward to learning more. I’m planning to fish from Indian down to Betty/Beckys. I think I’m staying in a great bait creek, so we will go from there. The surface feeding I saw there last year super deep into creeks (super shallow water), was cool, but also aggravating. Watching the big rolls and swirls while catching bait, the singles moving in and out, in and out, all day, that wouldn’t touch an artificial was tough. It’s a unique lake compared to Buggs, which I grew my roots.
