Trolling at night ?

Just started trolling late this summer- I find it very enjoyable and fairly productive. Just curious if anyone trolls after dark ? Tried one evening about 3 weeks ago- marked several groups of fish but no bites.

Have done it a few times after an afternoon of trolling. Can’t ever recall catching anything.

I think the fish change locations once darkness falls and aren’t as susceptible to typical trolling methods that we use in daytime.

Then again, I’m pulling from a small sample size…
