No bait, No boards
Rod Shimano Sojourn 8’0’’HA Penn 209 Depth Counter Righty for son so reel had 75 feet of lead line than 80lb braid and Berkley steel leader 24’’ 45lb. Typical I use 80lb braid and an abu C4 lefty with Muskie leader. Trolled with rod tips in the water so that the floating leaves etc. don't run down the line and foul the lure. Tried a variety of lures. I like rattles and the one that worked had none. Also lost the 4 arm umbrella rig dang reef. I did keep the Female with underdeveloped eggs and looked at stomach contents. One digested 5 inch or so baitfish. No small bait and it was abundant in the areas I covered. Best of luck to all.
