This is a special one that has been a while in the making... I had promised my son I'd make a NCSU rod for him - well it was supposed to be for his 18th Birthday in March - then for his High School graduation..... well you know how it goes..... Very proud of him and he is headed to NCSU in January....
This is a Batson Enterprises RainShadow Rod Blanks Revelation 6' 8" MH blank with ALPS ForeCast carbon fiber grips, TexTouch reel seat, aluminum birdcage hood & black 316 Stainless guides. It features two custom weaves - with the NCSU Block S in the reel seat blank reveal, and "Tuffy" above the foregrip - and a chevron weave on the split grip & above the fore grip area.
Hopefully this will catch him many fish for years to come.....
