This pair of spinning rods targeted for trolling artificials for striped bass on Smith Mountain Lake, VA is built on a custom painted Batson Enterprises RainShadow Rod Blanks RCLB70XL blanks - 10-25 lb line rating with 3/8 - 1.5 oz lure and an extra-fast action - and have a fiberglass upper section for a bit of give, while the lower 2/3 of the rod are RX6 graphite based for enhanced power.
