My wife and I will be first time visitors to SML May 15 to 22. I've been primarily a saltwater surf fisherman since my bachelor days in the 80's....fishing the barrier islands from Fenwick Delaware to Assateague Island Md-Va down to the Outer Banks.I have enjoyed sporadic freshwater fishing at some N.Va. locations until the crowds put me off. Loved Lake Manassas until the powers that be turned it into a private lake for golfers to look at while they hit the links.
