With the size the Striper in SML are getting it may be time for a set of these - 40-60 LB test rated rods.... 😂
Ok - not for SML or Striper’s - but tuna and big cobia in the Salt.....
Delivered a set of Batson Enterprises RainShadow Rod Blanks RCTB66H's today, along with a custom 6' gaff & customized AFTCO bait net. These 6' 6" rods were custom painted and have a 40-60 lb line rating and an extra fast action - built with a hybrid of fiberglass in upper 1/3 with graphite lower 2/3 for extreme power. The build feature ALPS ForeCast HXN 316 stainless guides in Black, Centra Lock aluminum reel seat & aluminum gimbal. The decorative work is a reverse chevron wrap with decorative inlays on all the guides and custom decals of the boat's name.
A custom 6' gaff and a 24" bait net with 10" hoop complete the set for a beautiful 29' Sailfish.
