Wx: windy, sunny, 30s air temp.
Water: 52 heavy stain
Found some crappies this morning on the mid-upper Roanoke. Kept 25 over 10”. Caught close to 70 over about three hours. Most 8-12”.
Fish were in huge schools on several trees and brush piles. 15’ or so average water depth. Fish were caught from 2’ deep to the bottom. All on jigs. Chartreuse was the ticket.
It was so windy I had to break out the actual iron anchors....
