I'd like to use our wood burning stove this winter, but I don't believe the chimney has been cleaned in several years. I'd rather get it checked out before we start having fires in the stove.

I see BlackGoose Chimney sweep driving all around in Bedford and surrounding areas. Maybe give them a call. I dont know nor have I used them, just see the vehicles quite a bit. www.blackgoose.net/ |

I called Black Goose as well as Patriot and they're both currently booking in February. I had no idea I'd not be able to get the chimney cleaned until then.

I just used The Chimney Sweep out of Rocky Mount and he did a very nice job and was reasonable. 540 483 2468.
I tried to use BlackGoose as they came recommended. I called 2x but didn't hear back. Probably caught them at a busy time. Based on what I heard they do good work so I'd certainly give them a try.
