Caught bait before daylight on lights. 6"-7" alewives and a few dollar bill gizzards. Plan was to start at the lower lake and work our way back up. First stop the bait was plentiful and marked a few singles but did not get bit. Caught one LM casting a thunder stick. Moved to the next spot and had action right away, though small we picked up 4-5 and one casting. Fished 2 more spots and had some action but no hook ups. All caught were on boards and thundersticks. It was a good morning weather wise. Water temp was 65-68. Glad I got a day in before this rain.
