I have had Lorance products for over 20 years..I currently have a Hook2 Tripple shot that I bought less that a year ago. It has been back to Navo twice in the last month at a cost of over 40 dollars. They currently haveno idea where it is.. Seems you send it back to Santiago California and they repackage it and send it to Mexico. My unit was received by Aron at 957 on Monday in California. NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS.. All I can say is stay away from Lowrance their customer service will promise you everything but their Management gives you nothing buLowrance Sut lip service..
