I have a homemade 25 gallon tank with a pretty good filtration system on it. It’s made out of a plastic barrel. It works really well. . I have kept 20 to 25 good size gizzards for a couple of days with no problems. The only reason I no longer use it is because I just got a 30 gallon insulated tank.
