Fished 10am - 2:30pm on 4/5 upper blackwater. Water temp was 57 early warning up to 60 by quitting time. They were red hot, boated 60 or more, no telling how many we could have caught we left them still biting, had to get home to make a cookout. Ain’t that how it always works seems the days you have limited time is when they bite the best. Kept 34 for the freezer, split between dad and me. Most was in 10-12” range, had 2 that went 14”. Majority caught on 1/32 ounce white maribu jig. Shallow brush 3-6’ of water was the ticket
