Headed out about 2:00 PM. Went to what has been a steady spot for 3 weeks and fish were there. Hard to get a bite, but when one did, it was a good one. Definitely not the size fish that this spot has been holding. It was a quick photo release so there was no measurement but it was pushing 30”. Best jig fish in a long time. No more bites at that spot even though the fish are there, belly on the bottom in 42’ of water. Landed on a bunch of fish in a different creek in the last 45 minutes of the day. Wrapped it up with 9 to the boat. All on flukes. All the fish are not up the rivers. And all the fish are not on the banks.
