We had a record setting tournament with 63 teams participating - over 150
Anglers including 13 youth and 11 ladies.
40 teams submitted at least one striped bass
We paid out 7 places in today's Winter Classic, in addition to the Big Fish pot, Big Bass pot, Smallest Striper & raffling off 7 entry fees to non-placing teams.
1st - Team Skintback - 71.5" total length (35.25" & 36.25")
2nd - Team Ruffin' It - 70" total length (34" & 37")
3rd - Team Lawrence - 68" total length (33 & 35")
4th - Team Trophy Stalker - 66.75" total length (31.75" & 35")
5th - Team Yadkin - 65.25" total length* (32" and 33.25") tie broken by longer fish
6th - Team Primetime - 65.25" total length (32.25" & 33")
7th - Team Gizzardhounds - 64" total length (30.75" & 33.25")
Big Fish of the Tournament went to Team Ruffin' It with a 37" citation striper
Smallest Striper went to Team Fish-n-Chips with a 17.5” striper. Two other teams had sent in pics with a slight smaller fish but unfortunately did not make it to the check-in line by the deadline.
Big Bass went to Topwater Rushers with a 24” football
We collected 131 toys for Lake Christian Ministries distribution. Thanks to all that contributed!!!
