Finally got the new tank installed on the pontoon. Wond up putting it dead center on the boat as this is where it fit best and trid to keep the weight as close to center as possible. The location could probably use to slide back a little but it wasnt to bad today. I am going to make different length overflow tubes so I can run the tank at different water level to keep weight down if I dont need the full amount of capacity. I used stainless L brakets screwed to the deck and small peices of PVC board inbetween the bracets and tank. Keeps the tank from sliding around when not full but yet I can move it if need be.
For the elictrical it has its own dedicated battery. I put a lighted switch on the console for easy on/off operation. I also used bullet style quick connects on bot + and - leeds right at the base of the tank for easy removal of the tank if need be.
