. . . and ol' Airborne is smokin'. As in, meat. Three nice pork butts laid out on the pit at 0545 this AM. Apple and oak (w/ a few charcoal briquettes to help get things going. Somewhere around 1800 they'll be ready. Temp is 212*F and holding steady. Low-n-slow, doods. Low-n-slow.
