There is a lady that lives not to far from me, she is my good friends aunt and she wants all her fish out of her pond so she can drain it. so yesterday we went to her pond with a truck bed full of coolers and cool water with a large holding tank back at the house. The pond is filled with catfish and koi. We only caught one koi unfortunately. We did catch about 30 channel cats anywhere from 6 inches to 3 pounds. It was some of the most fun I have ever had, just saying if you ever get a opportunity to do that do it because it was extremely fun and we are not done we just ran out of bait yesterday. We used bread but it wouldn't stay on the hook. If you have any bait suggestions let me know. She fed them twice a day everyday until she decided she wanted to remove them and man they are some super healthy fish.
