I barely got them home. Those Godzilla gizzards do not do well in big numbers in a boat tank until you get them cured out good. They're half dead as it is in this cold water. I'd say my boat tank could hold 12-15 max freshly caught and I had close to 50 in it. The advantage of the home tank with them is you can thin them up some..some may be a little too fat for your avg SML Striper to choke down.
Gizzards shouldn't be an issue this spring. They seem to be abundant, but they are a little tricky to net at the moment.

how deep of water are ya catching the bait in? Only way to answer that is anywhere from 2-35ft. It's dependent on a lot of factors right now with water temperatures in the creek you're in being the biggest factor. If we get a slight warm up, they'll move shallow. With these up and down temps, most are deep(18-30ft), but you can find some shallow too if you're lucky.

Hey Bent Rod, Just fire up the grill and we can just eat them as big as they are,and will not have to get out in the cold
