Just letting everyone know that we will be having the SMSC striper tournament on May 4th. Lines in at 12:01 a.m that’s right the night guys get a bite as well and check in will be at 4 pm. $60 per team up to 4 adults no limit on kids 15 and younger. And $20 big fish pot that’s optional. Club is paying out 100% of entry fees. To 1st 2nd and 3rd . youth prizes as well. This is a member/ guest tournament. Witch means any body can fish as long as there on the boat with a Smith Mountain Striper Club member. This is a catch photo release tournament where each team turns a picture of their best two stripers. Youth gets to claim one of those 2 fish as their entry. Thanks to Mike Ward we will be able to use the Striper Mafia measuring boards. The captains meeting will be held at the Friday club meeting the night of lines in and this will take place between 7-9pm. Hotdogs and drinks will be available as well at check in. lets make this one of the best turn outs we have had in years. If you have any questions feel free to reach me by email or by phone.
