Ok you warm bloods I know you’re think what the heck is this guy soing ice fishing. Just want to tell you when you pull your boat out on the ice make sure it’s thick enough. Then drill your holes out at various distances and clean the ice chips away from the holes so when you cast your ruler will slide on the ice and go into the holes or you can hole in one it is really is convenient trailer sometimes when you get a bite and you have to fight that fish and take your time again it’s real difficult if you were out there in your holes 2530 feet away from your boat to bring that fish up through the holes It truly becomes a challenge. I try to keep the horse at least 10 to 15 feet apart from each other and again you can use a 10 inch hole down to a 6 inch hole I prefer the larger of the two it makes retrieving your fish just that much easier. If I can figure out how to post pictures I would show you my set up.
