Fish scale

Now that I have your curiosity up.
Several weeks ago while I was bait fishing, I think I may have gotten a small bait scale in my left eye. I am not sure though.

I am trying to avoid a trip to the optometrist. I've tried drops , saline flush with an eye cap.
Scales are shaped kind of like a contact, and it seems to be moving around, but doesn't hurt. Vision just gets blurry sometimes.

Anyone had this happen before? Will it eventually come out on its own???

Any thoughts?

"several weeks ago" = long enough to resolve on its own, if it's going to. Don't wanna wind up featured on an episode of Monsters Inside Me! Time to see the doc. Hope it gets fixed/better, either way.

Don,t even take a chance with you eye Pal ! I got a very small piece of metal in ,y eye a coulple years back & the had to take a drill & Litteral drill my eye with me awake to get it unbedded ! because I let it go a few weeks because it wasn,t bothering me !! Please don,t take a chance they will put the microscope on it & snatch it out ! God Bless!!

I had that happen once, but the scale came out on it’s own within a day or so. I wouldn’t have made it several weeks. I’d probably go see a eye doctor at this point.

So what is the weather / water like on in mid. April on sml.
Thinking on running out there.
Try to look a fish lip or two.
