Does anybody know the pattern for white perch this time of year? I hit up my summer hole and got skunked.

Mid to backs of creeks. Typically I find them in the first 30-35 foot deep area as you come out of the summer pattern creeks. In summer I rarely find them in trees. In winter, theyre almost always in short trees/brush near the bottom.
Half ounce spoons, flukes, jigging raps, worms on spoons, small alewives, large alewives, cut alewives and cut perch will catch them.
Same creeks as summer. Just a different pattern.
Also, you typically gotta drop a line to find them in winter. They are tough to see on sonar unless theyre moving. Also fish around deep bait. Even gizzards as the perch will mix in.

Try jigging with an inch long piece of night crawler on a 1/4 - 3/8 oz castmaster. Good luck

Well thanks for the tips! I’m mainly fishing out of Craddock but deep into the mouth of the creek. I’m also normally in a kayak without a fish finder. The spots I found during the summer I did so drift floating and jigging off the bottom. I’ll try going out soon and fishing deeper water.

Best of luck. I can't be of much more help in that area. I dont fish it much, and none at all in winter. Though id think if you could get over into the parkway cove or the sailboat marina cove or even around Mitchell's you'd do alright.
