Was at the lake yesterday found a ton of bait but everything was between 20 and 30 fow i throwed a 8 foot 1.5 5/8 for two hours till my arm felt like it was ready to fall off. We did catch a few small ones in the creek mouth but that was it. The question is what type nets are you throwing for bait that deep and does anyone have a way to throw the bigger nets one handed, my left arm was messed up in a work accident had to buy all new left handed reels just to be able to fight the big fish. Thanks for any help guys!

I throw a 10β 5/8β mesh 1lb per foot fitec. I throw it Shawn Mcnew method without loading over the shoulders. It does good at 20β plus. It does sink slow and I think some bait out runs it. Does best when the water cools and the bait slows. It will work you pretty good though, Itβs heavy pulling up empty.

That is sweet pictures of getting the bait dad was with me he can't really throw a net i can as long as i can figure out the one hand method, but getting it back up would definitely be a problem. I was doing it one handed and stepping on the rope each pull but i could get him to pull it back up for me, thanks guys!
