Big striper highlights fishing trip to Tennessee lake
Bobby Sboray of Roanoke County hooked this 48-pound striper during a fishing trip at Watts Bar Lake, near Kingston, Tennessee. Sboray said he caught the striper on live shad, and released it right after weighing it. Also during the trip, he caught and released a 32-pounder.

Bobby Sboray of Roanoke County hooked this 48-pound striper during a recent fishing trip at Watts Bar Lake, near Kingston, Tennessee.
Sboray said he caught the striper on live shad and released it right after weighing it. Also during the trip, he caught and released a 32-pounder.
During his four-day trip at the lake, Sboray said he averaged about nine stripers per outing with an average weight of 12 pounds.
