What's the best Waterproof Fishing Hat ???

Ok so I have my Simms surf top now and I was just wondering which waterproof fishing hat to get to go along with it on those rainy days...cause before I used a raincoat with a baseball cap but the front of the cap always got soaked even though the rest of the hat was dry under the hoodie then the moisture would eventually transfer throughout the hat. I would like to hear from everyone on what's their favorite fishing hat to use in the rain...it can be versatile also for hot and cold weather

I like to tie a clear plastic bag over my head. Keeps the rain away, I can see without water in my eyes and it also keeps my hair nice and dry.
