Hello guys my name is Scott, I'm 27 and live in Martinsville. I have grown up on the lake since I can remember. My grandparents have a place at Vista Pointe. The only time I have striper fished is with my grandpa, but we have only trolled (which we have caught good fish). I've always felt we could produce better if we tried other methods. So this year I am going to get serious with live baiting for the fish. Since this is a concentrated group of guys just in my local watering hole, I hope to learn tons and share if I can.

Welcome! Heck, if your grandparents have one of the right units there at Vista Pointe, I'd put a few rod holders on the deck and bait those up in the evenings come late April / May ;D

Thanks guys for the welcome. yeah we have before and landed some nice stripers. I wanna kayak fish at night around the pointe this summer usually see them thick at times. Most of them small but a few nice ones as well.
