Need to know how many marinas are on Leesville for the USCG, and a list of what they have, ramp, fuel, food or repairs. Thanks for any help Danny

HA! I think a Church group bought Pit Stop Marina. At one point they were allowing use of the ramp, I'm not sure now. Tri-County Marina hasn't had food or fuel for a good while. Hunter should be able to shed more light on it, I generally put in at the dam already fueled and bring food. I'm thinking there are no operating marina's on Leesville.

I think big John is spot on about pit stop.....ramp only....maybe rent boat slips.....I know tri county does offer some boat services...he winterized boats for a lot of my lawn care customers...... But I'm like John.... Best be prepared before you arrive at leesville

I dunno what Tri county has to offer any more as I havent been in there since I was a kid, i mainly just see boat storage and ramp use.
As of last summer Pitstop became Leesville Lake Marina with great big plans for food, boat rentals, kayak rentals, gas, water park and a bunch of other bullcrap. They did get as far as food and kayak rentals, not sure on gas and that was also last summer. I dont know if they will open this summer or not. Ramp fee is $5
So basically you are own your own down here in our neck of the woods. No lights or buoy markers, no tow services, no descent marinas, no fancy restaurants, no bait lights, no fish, and LOTS of trash and logs ........ ;D

As you may or may not know, the former Leesville Lake Marina, (former Pit Stop Marina) was sold at auction recently. The new owner has plans for improvements and hopefully some good things are on the way for those who frequent LVL. For now it is primarily just a ramp.
