Stayed in this morning. Didn’t feel like fighting the wind.
Went out this afternoon with a buddy I ran his boat while he threw the net. He got loaded up with nice gizzards. Took a little looking but when we found them it was pretty easy. Most were in 8’ of water or less.
He dropped me off and I grabbed the wife, some bait and took off to give it a try for a little while.
We fished one hour, and caught two.
We only had the two bites. The fish weren’t real big but they hit like a truck.
