Penhook shouldn't be a problem. They have leesville full today so I'm sure they will probably drop it tomorrow.

I took the trailer to Penhook this evening and it was borderline. If it drops much more tonight I won’t be able to load. It dropped a good bit today.

Not saying you do it, but I always get a kick out of people that think they need to have the trailer completely submerged to get the boat on it. Then they fight with the bow not lining up with the roller. It doesn't take much. I just barely get the end of my bunks in the water. Front of the boat and rear of the boat ride the bunks alway to the roller perfectly every time. I can get out my boat, back trailer in, load the boat and pull out in less than 5 min. Never any problems.

If penhook is a problem, Anthony Ford is steeper and should be easier

Ramp in my neighborhood is getting iffy as well. .8 is about as low as I can go and it's around .3 and nobody's stuck a finger in the hole yet. I'd be surprised if it can rebound much by morning.

I think Anthony ford is worse right now. That drop off is a bad word.
Loading shouldn’t be the problem, getting a 20 some foot center console off is the problem.
If you’re very careful at penhook, you can slowly drop the tires off the ramp and you’ll be able to slide right off.
Once you get it off, go spray some silicone on your bunks. But next time you dip it, don’t unhook it till it’s fully into the water or else it’s gonna be on the pavement. I did this with my 22’ skiff in low water periods and it worked awesome. I didn’t have to drop off the ramps anymore and the boat would slide right off with a little engine help.

I was able to get it off at Lumpkins Tuesday night but had to motor it pretty good and had the tires right in the edge of the ramp. My boat doesn’t slide on the carpet very well and is a pain to get up to the roller sometimes. I’ll get some silicon spray in the morning and give Penhook a shot.
