Winter Open - 12/9

Don’t forget to pre-register for the Winter Open in just under 2 weeks on December 9th - we saw some great fish in the last event and the bite was just starting - expecting a good turn-out and good bite in a few weeks.

Remember the post-Tournament awards will be over on the “Dark Side” at Crazy Horse Marina so I expect a good turnout from the Blackwater Crew! We will be doing the Captains Meeting on Fri evening at the Halesford Harbor Inn on the Roanoke side and I’m trying to work out a couple of hours on Friday afternoon at Crazy Horse as well - stay tuned.

As we did last year, we will be assisting Sea Tow SML in collecting new toys to be distributed to local children in the area by Lake Christian Ministries.

Each toy contributed will get an entry for a custom jigging rod donated by Striper Sniper Tackle - this is very nice custom Cashion rod - I'll get some pics and the specs on it and post it up soon....
