Fall Stripers on the fly

Here’s a few I’ve caught the last month or so. Mainly been fishing around hardy. Working bait balls. I’ve seen a ton of surface activity. The amount of bait is insane. So much so that it’s hard to catch fish. Persistence pays off though

Very nice fish! I have seen you out casting a time or two.

I just picked up a fly rod & reel to try something different. I hope to catch one on a fly next week, if only I can make myself take a break from draggin shad around!
