Jus wondering if anybody has had any success using this on stripers ?

We weren't fishing for stripers but we got into an unbelievable striper bite while we had the HW on. We were practicing for a bass TX and saw baitfish pods being raided by stripers. It went from no bites to non-stop action in a matter of seconds.

So I have a similar experience. I was fishing the lower BW in the evening and a bass boat was nearby throwing a popper up onto a shoal without much luck. He told me he was going to turn on his hydro wave, and to be ready. And we were both catching fish within a couple minutes of him turning it on. We were only 20 yards apart, he was up on the shoal and I was live baiting the edge of the shoal. He was catching bass once cast after another and I was catching stripers, multiples hooked up at a time. He moved on after a bit and that was the end of the feeding frenzy for me.
That's my only experience with one.

Was watching some utube videos on it and it is a very interesting concept. They make a striper thumper module . Was curious as to how well it works. Seem like it could help when trying to locate bait also if it attracts tha bait to tha microphone. Thanks
