That rain last night set things off again up lake

The Pigg river into Leesville is raging red.

The Blackwater river just above the lake is high and flowing red hard and fast





The Roanoke River at Hardy is flowing a steady line of trash under Hardy Bridge at 2-3 mph






Anyone fishing the Smith Mountain Fishing Tournament this weekend use extra caution as who knows what big stuff is floating out there right now.

Seems like this one is gonna be worse than the one a couple weeks ago as as far as debris is concerned. As I reported in another thread, Gills Creek is coming in a real mess. What has been past practice as far as a clean up barge? Will APCO deploy one?
